4. What timing should I use when I am a 14
handicapper?
Answer: Golfers have
very different rhythms and timing in their golf swing. As a rule
of thumb the professional golfers swing faster than high
handicappers, but many high and medium handicappers swing way too
fast and thereby hindering themselves to make a good and solid
contact with the golf ball. As a rule of thumb the first 1-6
steps are for professionals and low handicappers, 4-10 for
medium handicappers and 8-14 for high handicappers.
